ahhhhhhhhhhhhh FUUUUUUUUUUUU I think I have one wisdom tooth growing in on my upper jaw on the right side.. it keeps rubbing up against the inside of my cheek and making it swell and at night when I sleep I apparently bite down on my cheek and make huge blister thingies

Oh yeah and now I can't chew too much or my whole jaw hurts

I literally really haven't been single for more than like 5 months at a time since I was 15.. so there have been a few times in the past where I've needed a break for alone time. I was joking about wanting to bang someone else, but I'll put money on your relationship not lasting. People who are actualy IN love don't take breaks, they take a few hours to themselves.

truth. everyone needs time alone, but if you're in a serious relationship you don't say "i need a break from you to be alone"... you go play video games or some stupid **** like that.

I think the one thing people don't get is that, even though you're in a relationship with someone you don't need to be next to each other every waking non-working moment. Personally, i'm still waiting to find a chick that understands this...

there is a reason men build a "man cave" and women... um... women do dishes and plant flowers or some **** like that.

... and the majority of girls in their early 20's SEEM like they want to spend every waking moment with their significant other or text/call/email/gps trace/myspace stalk/ facebook stalk/ whatever these kids do today haha
... usually this either
a. fades with age... or
b. after being with someone long enough to know that you'll just about kill each other (my wife opted for plan B)

I guess it's a lot to explain, so I guess it was dumb of me to respond in the first place. I agree right now, being engaged and in a serious relationship, I would/could never legitimately "take a break."

My last ex didn't want me to ever be alone or by myself. He needed to be around me every second of every day that I wasn't at school or work. If I came home from work exhausted and passed out, he'd come over while I was asleep and just wait for me to wake up. Creepy, and a little too much. He was unbearably needy as far as my "attention" went.. didn't like me using the internet, my phone, having friends, having a social life, etc. I basically felt very trapped by him because everything in my life needed to be done "his way" and yeah, at one point I truly cared about him - but the fact that he never allowed for me to take a few hours to myself was just ridiculous. Heaven forbid I suggested we not hang out for a few days and it was chaos. So glad I'm out of that.

Did I mention that I sacrificed pretty much 2 years worth of a social life for this kid because he couldn't fathom the idea of me seeing other people on weekends?

I'm not gonna lie, this sounds pathetic, but going to an Exton meet back in October (or November) was the first time I had been out, without him tagging along (despite the fact that we were broken up then), in over a year.

eh, thats nothing... i wasted a year of my senior year in highschool not ****ing every slut i could b/c i had a girlfriend. i has no pity! :p

Again, agree 100%. I only wish i had someone slap me in the face and make me realize it 2 years ago...instead of making me do it on my own.
