I had a great time! Thanks to everyone who setup and/or organized the run. It was cool meeting some new people from here! Some of the highlights in my eyes - 1.) That thing @ the gas station, lol. See pic above. 2.) All the hot cars that came out. 3.) Criz's AWD Burnout 4.) The organization of the event/day in general. 5.) The People :D 6.) Fred and the crab ~ Im sorry for the people who had car troubles. Its bound to happen with so many cars and spirited driving. I was under the impression as were most of us that the Srt was coming back with nav for yugotdonkey so i followed everyone onward. As for Criz you waved us on. Sorry i wasnt more of a help to both of you. Overall i think the run was a success and i would def. go on another one. Oh yea and i got the talkabout back. Thanks Eric

Bryan,

What time will you be going this Thurs to Absolute? I can get it from you there.

Also the answer to the above question is Mike from Psi-Fi. He cracked me up all day. There is something wrong with that boy

But with CarWidow's post above I have to wonder if we are talking about the same person. Mike is the one that was taking alot of video footage.

Craig

Yup thats Mike <tint and whining S/C..>

I would love to race him in the Cooper S.. My Cooper S is a hair slower then my SRT and so was Mike <<slightly>> so it would be a great race.

I'm looking in Fred's direction...or whoever it was on the camera playing with a switchblade that actually owned the camera.

And to repeat, I can host stuff as well.

Hey i'm posting from work because my DSL is down, but i'll have pics and video up shortly.

As for my take on the event, I think that it was the best organized, most well oiled meet that i've been to in a long time, and not only did my fiance and myself have a great time, but i'm already looking foward to the next event.

To the guy that stayed back to help the SRT with the flats I will say this: Have some faith in your fellow man. From the time that guy got the flats, to the time I threw my tool kit in Will's car, to the time that it took Craig and Will to get back to the SRT we were in constant contact and would never leave someone behind. This is not 3rd grade and we are all adults. When the scubby chunked his tire Troll and I immediatly turned around and went back to help as the ENTIRE group waited at the gas station. I still don't understand how you got lost in the first place because if you would have waited you would have been there when Craig got to the car with the spare, but enough of that, lets hug it out.

I had an amazing time this weekend, and everyone really carried themselves awesome. No problems, no punks, and just a lot of fun. From the backwater bikers with two teeth, to the impala with 26's, all the way to drifting around 90 degree turns in the Saturn it was a blast. To see the look on some faces when we rolled through was priceless, and apparently the fat chick on the bike thought we were number 1!!! Hahahaha. Even the retun trip was awesome. I can't wait for the next one.

Thanks again Craig, and if you need any help next time let me know, I can always be a live PA system!!!!!!

Mike, the guy with the blacked out whining saturn.
