Probably isn't registered, therefore had to turn in the plates. When you buy a car at a dealer, does it have plates on it? No. So don't jump to conclusion that just because its a Honda its automatically stolen.

The S4. Guy swears it has no frame damage and i halfway believe him. Declaration by the auction when it had 30,000 miles...now it's got 100k and no reported accidents.
