and yes. my shoes were wet from walking through the flooded parking lot at school. so I took them off when I got here because they were squeeking against the leg of the table I'm sitting at. plus, these chairs are really uncomfortable, so I normally sit crisscross-applesauce while I'm here.

crisscross-applesauce = new pc way of saying Indian style. I learned that the other day from my sister who is a 1st grade teacher. wtf. it'll always be Indian style to me.
