I figured you guys would like to see how my purple fuel rail turned out - got my car back together last night, started it for about 20 secs to make sure it at least works, and snapped some pics when done.

I think the purple looks sick - i can't think of a single BMW that comes even close to this. Figured you guys being all into the imports would appreciate the atypical color palette

I know the red/blue AN don't go too well... but the truth is the only company that makes black is summit and earls... and I don't like how they fit at all. I like Aeroquip quality way better and would rather have a red/blue Aeroquip fitting than a black junky fitting

Now I gotta re-coat the oil filter lid - it got chipped up in all the chaos.

Your attention to detail is really cool. Like how you are doing everything exactly as planned (or so it seems) and not cheaping out due to budget or time constraints.

You couldn't fit the intercooler in the bumper? So what kind of fans are you running now for the radiator? I would assume slim ones.

Anyways, the purple looks badass.

nah man - e34 bumpers have zero space behind them and the curve of them at the bottom along with the step in means that you can fit anything there.
