139 in a *borrowed* slk320. Then the light ahead turned yellow and I tested the brakes. I was stupid in high school.

Buried the speedo at 120 in the Maverick, before I put the 4.11 rear gears in it. (Top of 3rd @5900rpm is only 99mph now, but it runs one hell of a quarter mile for a car with ~230 hp...)

110 in the Integra, downhill, with a tailwind

during a late night commute from PA to MD.

And I'll never do any of those again. Getting old sucks.

between 141 and 143. the 18s threw the speedo off a bit though i'm not sure which way.

The front end got REALLY light and the steering was really vague trying to track straight ahead.I have no plans to do it again any time soon.I think there's a permanent set of my fingerprints in my steering wheel from that night.

I like to keep my eye on the road when I am at high speeds.

Also, don't rx-7's shut down and require a restart when you redline 5th gear?

I hit 140 on my 3.2 TL and i have no clue what i was going in my Civic with a H22. My speedo was just pointing down, but i would guess about 140ish maybe more???

115 in a g35, not a fan of going fast. esp since my car starts shaking around 90mph. But the g35 was like a rock at 115, could have taken my hand off the wheel.

lol I heard that somewhere. Someone was racing one and he got chased by cops and his car shut down or some **** because he hit the governor. Sounds weird when I first heard it. though I could get the right answer in here so that's why I posted that lol Thanks.
