So exhausted. I just got in from doing distribution. On the up side, it's so beautiful out...I didn't mind being in the warehouse with the doors open.

Just gave my car its first hand wash today. It's so nice out, I don't want to be inside anymore, and I just came in.

Giving my secretary a hard time for not sorting medical records that I received on Monday and not responding to my email that I sent at 8AM this morning asking for a status of the meds since they are required to be completed within 24 hours. It is less then 450 pages so its like an hour of work... 2 hours max if you take your time. Her excuse, she didn't know she had to do them even though this was covered in the general department meeting as well as a private meeting with me, my boss, and her when I took over the new account. 2 weeks ago.

Not sure why they would work on cases that came in after them, especially since there is a spreadsheet that lists what came in when and when its done it is marked on the sheet. It was very obvious it wasn't done and ignored.

I wish I could fire people but no, my boss likes her even though she couldn't do the job and was demoted and kept for a position that is actually not needed.
