I've been keeping an eye on the southern market for one but they just don't really exist anymore down in FL. I'm hoping to secure this house with a detatched 2car at my next duty station so i'll have work space for a shell

Hurlburt field AFB; its like mary ester/fort walton beach area. It really isnt too far from panama city and destin.

Yeah i know where Hurby is. I've deployed with a bunch of people from there. From what I hear it's a pretty awesome base. Plan on coming up here to visit before you leave?

Anyone know if the heaters that you attach to the top of propane tanks are any good? I'm getting sick of not working on the car but the car port is waaay too cold lol

I know the torpedo heaters that run on diesel heat really well if you can keep good insulation.

I'm going to try and come up there to see felix and all the guys who used to come to the garage after rap

I bought a heater from home depot and the thing heats up the car port amazing!

You remember I used to come to the garage meets all the time too, right? ;) lol

that poor poor galant haha, hopefully you finish this one! i got my timing belt kit for the laser, taking my cams over to the machine shop today to get a few small scratches polished out and then as soon as the snow melts ill be installing everything finally

Mostly because I'm a terrible person...

...but really because the shell has irreparable frame rust and I got it for $500 and tolls home. So what did $500 get me?

-5 lug conversion F/R with ARP extended studs on BRAND NEW OEM hubs, BRAND NEW FLCAs and RLCAs (with part number stickers still on them, wild!), and EVERY bushing replaced with ES, WL, or Prothane pieces
-Whiteline rear Swaybar installed
-4bolt LSD rear with new axle cups, boots, fluids, and a recent refresh
-Powdercoated subframes
-Dash, body panels, interior, tails, wiring harnesses
-Super rare 93 glass housing headlights
-Wingless trunk lid, plus standard GVR4 trunk lid
-Uncut and unmolested bumpers and bumper supports
-Some huge diameter fuel line
-Unrusted hood
-Factory Owners manual (neat to have)
-Hub with detachable Grant CF wheel

So, basically $2k in parts or so and basically everything I was looking to do to my car in one package. Best DSM purchase I've ever made.
