Gotta outline a little speach to give to my VP tomorrow about this account I took over. Basically fire the old person that was on it before she looses another account, do something about my boss letting it happen for that last few months and never checking up on things(AKA promote me since I'm doing her job anyway), and possible solutions to fix the account if even possible.
