you guys don't get it. facebook is for networking. a phone call is for friends. facebook has its place. The word "friend" on facebook is a misnomer. It really should be called "contact".

Nick, you took time out of your ultra busy detailing schedule to respond to my little post. Certainly you must care... A LOT. Some day if i ever have money I want to bring you the RV. That should keep you quiet for at least a couple weeks.

If I was as busy as I'd like to be, I wouldn't be on here haha, but thanks to that....stuff...things are a little slow.

The M is currently an embarassment. I need to change or reupholster the seats first. The car pc installation is really starting to come together though.

Didn't you do the PC on the 540i as well?

I wanna make it pretty, it'll give you motivation to reupholster the seats faster! Hope Marinas car is holding up well

Marina's car sits in a garage and is rarely driven so it's basically still perfect. The 540 I completely replaced the factory 12 speaker system.. No PC setup. I'd like to some day.

Ah gotcha, thought I read you did the PC set up on that. Should be cool! I just want this damn salt off the roads....it's really getting at me....just want it all gone and warm

yeah.. i was supposed to ride the motorcycle today but I slept in way too late to get in the right mindset to ride that. No crotchrocket rides for me while yawning. The 540 is well suited to the car pc idea. It has a place to put it and all of the audio already routes from the trunk. You can even use the factory amp and just run coaxial digital straight from the pc to the amp. But that's a lot of money I can't spend on that right now. The setup I did cost very little, just the wire harness and the mounting plate. The RV needs around $1K in parts for the cooling system overhaul and tuneup. I really don't want it to let me sit so I'm doing the works on it. I'm also setting up the RV to tow the m3 and that costs some serious buckage too. Not to mention the gas prices on their own. I'm hoping with the tuneup to hit 8-9mpg... I'm not holding my breath though.
