I broke a mudflap, so you stop crying. You don't even realize how distraught I am. I spent a whole 6 dollars on them and now I'm not so super jdm. I'm going to have to spend a whole 5 or 6 minutes making a new one & installing it, fml.

Lol, Im sure I could if i tried to. I have one of those types of jobs where NOBODY else is busting their ass to do anything, and if I did bust my ass, itd go unnoticed. This company hasnt given anyone a raise in 7 years, and completely rewards laziness and promotes poor work ethic. Im not going out of my way for this company. I do my day to day work and make sure my own ass is covered.

That kinda makes it sound like Im lazy, but Im really not. Id much rather be busy all day, but I cant get myself to go out of my way to work hard for a company that I know doesnt give a crap about me. Its kinda like when you have two roommates that completely STOP doing chores- are you gonna keep doing chores? No, youre gonna slack just like the other two. If this company rewarded and promoted good work ethic and good efficiency, we'd probably actually be making money instead of hemorrhaging it. Unions = Slackers and veterans. Thats all we got here.

Serpentine belt fail = death on my car since the water pump is driven by the belt. You're lucky you could keep going. Plus replacing that is super easy, just grab a ride from someone to advance auto and get the serpentine belt tool they rent + the belt and have at it.
