Sam, I'm gonna agree with these guys. You can work out and what not all you want, but if you're still eating ****ty food, your body is gonna hate you and then eventually kill you.

I've changed my eating habits lately, not that I'm one to really engorge myself on ****ty food often, but I just feel better and have a better....flow. If you're picking up what I'm putting down.

its like me with moutain dew. i drink that stuff everyday. if i have it in cans i drink 2 cans a day. if its a 20 oz bottle or bigger then 1 a day either way its not good and i do need to cut back or find something else to drink that is better for me

I've been eating fairly healthy lately. I cut sodas, chips, and snacks out. I try to eat more healthy but for example when I am at work there is not much near by within the time frame to eat that is good for you.

i used to drink mt dew all the time. and one day i just felt really sick after drinking like half of one and i kept throwing up everytime i ate anything. so i completely cut it out of my life and havent looked back
