Ostrich is delicious. When I worked at villa barola we had alligator, ostrich, and buffalo. They were all good, but ostrich was by far the best.

Its almost like duck and steak.. mixed together.

buffalo and bison are the same, right?

Ken, did you ever go to Ted's Montana Grill in the Valley Square shopping center on 611? It's a really good/different burger place that you can get either chicken, angus, buffalo or veggie burgers.

yep that's the one. if you go in the entrance right across from home depot and turn right onto the main street after PF Changs and Melting Pot there's a Chipotle, Panera, Peace of Pizza and Ted's all at one intersection.

It was VERY different at first, but theres so many flavors going on at the same time, and a mix of spicy and sweet, it was so damn good. I got mild, so it wasnt too bad. Ive always heard stories of Indian food being like burn your asshairs hot.
Oh, they don't make it that way by default to appease the american taste buds. But go with some indian guys and you'll be sorry!

This is why I like venison. It just tastes better when you imagine that it was bambi. Veal is also good too. I don't know why Marina calls me heartless.

Is that why you asked for extra baby when we went to Tiajuana Flats?

Mark that sounds so good with the cheese. I don't live anywhere close to all these nice food places you guys talk about.
