why do shipping companies always say they'll be at your place at a certain time and then never ****ing show up?

they gave me a three hour window...so anyway, i call and say hey lady i never got my ****. she says i called you and left a message cause we needed a diff truck to get your **** to you. well lady, i never got any message you called the wrong number. lady says, you never gave me another number. wrong, i called your stupid ass the other day and left a message with the right number and you called me back at that number so i know you have it. now im not getting my ****ing bed for another 4 ****ing days. sleeping on a bitch ass mattress ftl.

I can't wait til I get home today and my air intake is waiting to be installed. NOT. It just arrived to the horsham UPS location this morning. I'm sure Ill miss the delivery today and wind up getting it tomorrow

when i ordered my turbo gruppe-s sent it the next day and i got ground shipping
the turbo didnt arrive until a month after that first shipping day because no one was around to sign for it and even after the second try and i left a note they still didnt leaveit on my fron steps douchebagage

I ordered some corner markers for my car like a year ago and they left the not on the door saying they stopped by. Since I worked everyday at the time 9-5 I left a note saying leave it at the door, but ofcourse they didnt and left another note saying they had stopped and i had to go to their place in Bristol and pick it up.

I don't understand why UPS won't leave boxes at my door, they always drop off at 10:30am and NOBODY is home at that time, ever - I have to like catch the truck at 5pm when it's parked at another location, and to make it worse I've talked to the driver several times in PERSON saying please just leave the box, and he's like "well I don't want to" so **** YOU BUDDY
