I used to think that way about the ranchers too, which is why we bought our house. Now I think I might rather have a rancher with a walkout basement on a good 6+ acre plot then what I have. Live and learn.

Ryan, what I don't understand is how his and neighboring houses appraise for $400K+. I don't know wtf is going on in ambler but those people are all on crack.
his house is not worth 400k... period.

Jim & Meshell, and anyone else who was interested.

Looked up tubing prices. Blue mountain has the best prices at a day pass from 8:00am-5pm for $28, or an afternoon from 12:30pm-5pm for $25.

Jack Frost & Bear Creek were both $40+ per person for less time (3-4 hour)

If you guys want to go let us know and we can all plan something.

well, looks like the hospital made a mistake and discharged my dad early.

got a phone call from my dads doctor (private practice), and he said my dad has to go back tomorrow. he never authrized them to discharge him.

He was telling me the houses of yours (and his) era usually have some X brand of panel (I forget) that starts fires constantly because the breakers refuse to trip, so I guess you're lucky ;)
1800+ actually. Its sad that I know that.

I watched Demolition Man last night. So bad yet full of awsomeness.

before they bought us laptops (when there were less than 20 of us) we could VPN from home. then came the laptops... and they shut down vpn support. now that we've got like... 60+ developers, that support is back.

unfortunately, i can't work from home all the time... i'd much rather since my desktop is far superior to the laptop
