Good luck on the site Ken.

Ken I took a good look at the Boss 302 on paper, and I'd rather get a 2011 GT and invest the leftover money in it.

granted, but it's still not a registered boss 302. i'd rather have a registered boss 302 than a gt or a gt500.

but i won't have any of those haha. really, i'd love to get rid of the 2010 and save up to do stuff to the house and make room for a factory five cobra kit but that's a few years out i suppose....

the website should do us some good. Nick's site see's a decent amount of traffic daily... it'd be nice to try to get some of that traffic hitting my business site as well and hopefully turning into some projects

I wouldn't pay for a Boss 302 unless I planned on keeping it for a LONG time and STOCK. I think a base GT like Rob said would be more fun if you want to be able to modify and drive it more then a few times a year.

if i purchased a boss i'd leave it stock, and attend any track days that i could. but i'd also have to start bringing in a few grand more each year in order to afford to lol

the boss 302 is what i want my car to end up as. but when i first heard of the boss the assumption was it was going to be another cobra jet... limited run, close to 100k/per. as is, it sounds like a high 30 low/mid 40k car.

i'm done buying new cars though

i've been looking into re-doing my site and making it more of an ecommerce site. I'd really like to sell more prints.

Any beefy PC at load + that hair dryer will crush that circuit. My stupid noisy HP DL385 can pull over 600 watts at times. I don't even understand how but my house is laid out so well I only ever killed the garage breaker with the air compressor and air conditioner running at the same time. That was when pancakes was there I think. I know an electrician but I don't know if he's doing side work right now as he's probably rewiring the rancher he just bought. The upshot is that a ranch is probably really easy to pull new wire in, versus my house with no basement on slab. total pita. you could probably do 99% of the work yourself and save a ton but they pull the service hot.. That's terrifying to me.

He was telling me the houses of yours (and his) era usually have some X brand of panel (I forget) that starts fires constantly because the breakers refuse to trip, so I guess you're lucky ;)

our kitchen trips w/ the convection oven and microwave going at the same time.

i should probably put the office on it's on breaker. I've worked as an electrician, i could do all the wiring myself... but i won't touch the box haha... we know someone though. when we consider adding a second floor a new box will be considered. and since the office will get moved upstairs it will be easier as pie to put it on it's on breaker and maybe even put in some backup power... that would be sweet.

nothing wrong with a rancher... i used to think they were... eh... but then i bought one. i couldnt imagine having a house with the same footprint as ours AND a second floor. we've got an awesome basement that has plenty of room for personalization.

i hated joomla.

tried to get into it again after talking to a website development company that uses it. people know the name... i still hated it, couldn't stand using it.

used to like drupal, then i started building websites with it... hated that too. but i hated it less than joomla.

if anything... i guess try wordpress...

I used to think that way about the ranchers too, which is why we bought our house. Now I think I might rather have a rancher with a walkout basement on a good 6+ acre plot then what I have. Live and learn.

Ryan, what I don't understand is how his and neighboring houses appraise for $400K+. I don't know wtf is going on in ambler but those people are all on crack.

Much larger property = living in the boonies and an even longer commute to work. After some soul searching, I've decided it's probably not going to happen unless I can snatch up one of these huge 14 acre lots in perkasie. I could probably get 2-3 acres much closer but it really doesn't help me make my neighbors invisible which was the original goal. My current property has plenty of space for a 3 car garage/inlaw suite to be added on.
