yipes. z32 trans is great, feels tough when shifting, don't be surprised when it shifts like **** the first 5 minutes of driving.

Thanks man. Granted I have a bunch of buddies giving me a hand with the welding and body work. This is my first huge project so I'm thankful for their help and knowledge

im dropping off the trans i picked up at r/t after i drained the trans and split the casing, two steel balls fell out. im thinking they are from the bearings, im not positive. so i buttoned it back up and letting the professionals deal with it. also gonna have the rear subframe blasted, hoping to finish up the front bumper beam in the next two days or so

a bunch of swap and rb25 oriented parts came in today.

rear of the cage in final, just need the full passes and its complete. on the fronts the door bars mounting plates need to be fully welded as well as the door bars them selves, along with the main hoop

start of the bumper beam

my first real bead..not horrible looking

it was a cut to fit kit, but i totally changed up and modified it to fit my needs and looks. so the bars that tie back to the rear frame were actually meant to be the door bars because the original kit was ment to tie right to the rear strut bar but i didnt like the design (sharp angles and no frame tie-in in the rear) so i tied to the rear frame and x-braced in it a funky sort of way.
