I think at this point, Id have so much fun just beating that peice of crap to a bloody pulp, the money would just be a bonus.

Ill have to see if R/T will let me do this outside their shop. I wouldnt blame them if they didnt want to deal with it, it could get messy.

i love work... when everything is a rush and a priority... and then... no one responds to emails...

on the plus side, work gave us all glass stein's as a "pep" booster for the busiest quarter of the year (for everyone but me)

sadly, it didn't come with any beer

My boss shot my idea down of if our work is done we can leave an hour early. She would rather us sit here and do nothing I guess.

Yep, or pay us to have 2 secretaries for 10 employees when we hardly get any phone calls to begin with. Most things are done via email but then say they can't afford to give us raises(even though I got 2 last year for busting my ass)

Im supposed to be in to work at 8am. My job is completely independent from everyone else- the only time requirement I have is to be here to receive UPS at 11:30. My boss refuses to let me come in at 7 if i want to, so I can leave an hour early. I dont understand why. Im salary, still putting in a full 8 hours, my work is still getting done, AND im showing up early! wtf! I dont get paid more for working past 40 hours, so why should I be required to stay for that full 40 hours if i can get all of my work done in less?? The company says this job is a 40/hr a week job- If I can get it done in less than that.. in my eyes, im just being efficient. Shouldnt an employee be rewarded for being efficient? If Im putting in 100% effort for 6 hours a day, is that not better than someone putting in 50% effort for 8 hours? Why does effort, knowledge, intelligence, and ability go unnoticed, but 15 minutes of tardiness is grounds for me to get in trouble? What F'ing difference does it make if my work is INDISPUTABLY getting done?

I agree with you on that. Jobs are too worried about you being then then having the job done fast and correctly. Sucks few employers actually see when people do good jobs.
