we are the ones trying to keep this meet together. not you. trying to keep the idiots out is a big part of how this meet can continue going. people who do burnouts are not welcome at the meet, and should not be allowed. cause when one of those idiots hurts someone, do you wanna be standing there saying well they should be allowed back because its a public place...

If you notice in my previous post I say how people that do dumb stuff should be handled and how we should address them. Walking up to them with a group of 10 people does little more than anger them and make them want to do more dumb things because at that point they're being rebellious. But, if we get the police involved, as they have been, you'll get a better, cleaner, and faster result than intimidation.

Also, your tone in this post is different than your previous posts. You've corrected yourself to say that someone is not welcomed here. Someone not being welcomed somewhere is fine, but if it's a public place you cannot infringe on their right to be there.

In the end, you now know where I stand. Now, I Know How You Feel.

Btw, this will be my last response to this issue. I'd rather not waste my time with trivial Drama.

BLK - was looking at your car at the meet, it's clean! I like it! If I had the money I'd buy it. Why you getting rid of it?

That general was incredibly loud,i was walking behind it when he hit it and i felt it like inside my chest.

Update on the del sol:
from what I gather his windows where down, top off and keys in it so I wouldn't worry to much people just be smart enough not to leave your car all open if your away from it let alone keys in it. The car was left/found in Cherry Hill Walmart parking lot missing his carbonfiber targa top/roof(they left a white roof in his trunk), carbonfiber whale penis intake, carbonfiber sparkplug cover, complete nitrous kit and stuff inside the car like his girls purse and keys. Word traveled around quickly and he already knows who it was that took it.

Good to hear he got his car back, no one deserves to get their car taken...

Really though, as a friendly reminder to those in this thread, and anyone else, just because you have friends at the Meet doesn't mean your car is safe. Locking your doors, rolling your windows up, taking valuables with you or hiding them so they're not in plain site, and keeping the keys with you are good practices no matter where you park your car.

no, the people we walk up to and talk to normally listen. you should try it sometime, instead of preaching on the internet. people aren't spiteful in most cases. when you explain that we are just trying to keep the meet going, they stop.

no need to have the cops pull every single person over that does something wrong, there are not enough cops around to do so. if we were to do what you suggest we would be standing there talking to the cops the entire night with a list of 50+cars.

intimidation is not how we do things. i've walked up to groups of people before to tell them to stop being dumb, so have many people here. the only time its a big group is when we are approaching a group that also has a lot of people.

Anyway. I just wanted to man up and apologize for what I did. I was a complete @$$hole. I talked to John today, and told him I was WAY out of line. He and you guys had every right to be mad at me, and what I did/said. Truth be told, I feel really bad about it; as I should. Again man, im sorry for what I said. Just uncalled for, and plain out wrong.

I have walked up to cars before and told them off, but it's usually earlier on in the meet and as of late I don't care enough to say anything because most people over react to the situation at hand.

But, for instance, I think it was maybe 2 weeks ago, perhaps 3, some kid came in driving an SRT-8 Charger and did a burnout. The sun was still up and it had to have been about 7:30 or so, and I walked up to the Kid and said, "Hey, you might not want to do that again. I can't stop you but there's cops here all the time and if they see you you're going to catch some crap for it." He apologized and that was the end of it.

Now, If you'll excuse me, I'll go back to preaching on the Internet.

Everyone seems quick to call me an E-Thug, but if they haven't noticed, I don't think anything I've said as of late is Thug worthy. I'm not threating to beat anyone up, telling anyone to leave the meet, talking about stealing cars, or damaging property. All I've been doing is posing a valid point about the meet. When I go to defend my point through debate, it's viewed as E-Thuging. I will tell anyone the same thing I said here in person because I feel it needs to be discussed. Perhaps the perfect example in my defense would be the discussion about the Camden Waterfront. I've told numerous people the same exact thing I said in that thread.

E-Thuging? I think not.

Steve, im not going to tell you anything online in a car forum where you have threatened me numerous times. If you want to see tXt messages and maybe even hear voicemails (which ill have to see if I can retrieve) that is fine with me. LMK, otherwise back up the soul train buddy.
