when you are driving in traffic doing the speed limit and the cop doesnt pull you over, is he an asshole then? or when some piece of **** breaks into your car and the cop locks him up, is he an asshole then? my point is that MOST cops are not assholes until you give them a reason. dont give them a reason, and dont ever tell me that all cops are assholes. i will take it way too personally.

im not crying. im not an e-thug. you can e-blow me. i will tell you not to call all cops assholes. what do you do for a living? cause your an asshole. since ive come in contact with you, lets say you were a doctor. by that logic, i could say all doctors are assholes. asshole.

oh, and where was i defending this guy? i believe my exact words were "there is no excuse for this cops actions, im not defending him."

i agree with primersuspect. not all cops are assholes. i think cops should have better things to do than pull over people doin less than 10 over the speed limit and in this case get rough with some 14 year old but thats a different issue. this cop was absolutely out of line in my opinion. the kid was barely talkin at all and the cop is like puttin him to the ground. and even if he was talkin, its not like he was resisting. but back to my point, i got pulled over for making a right on red without stopping cause i tried to make the yellow light. the cop showed me respect and i returned it. he even let me off with the lowest possible charge he could give me and no points on my license. its guys like this who give cops a bad name

I go pulled before on my bike doing 70 something in a 35... Saw him pull out behind me, threw my hazards on and pulled over even before he was able to get close enough to throw his on lights on. When he walked up before anything else he thanked me for not running. We talked about my bike a bit, he wrote me a 40 dollar ticket for my license plate and sent me on my way.

If we are going to tell stories I passed a copy who had radar going at about 95 on the AC express way. I saw him and knew I was busted so I pulled over and had all my information ready.

He came to my window and said "What's up?" and I said "Good after noon sir, I was flying and I know you got me so I pulled over." and he said "What? You pulled over just for me?" and I said "Yes, I know I'm busted." and he gave a quick peek to my license and said "Slow down for me, have a nice day."

I guess it wasn't as funny this time around? I suddenly don't feel badly for the kid at all - they were looking for a cop to react and they got what they wanted. They were asking for trouble in my opinion.

Based on the second video, the officer needs to be given a desk job since he obviously does not know how to handle the general public.

Based on the story with the skater kid: They went looking for trouble (more or less) and got more then they bargained for. I hope he carries that lesson with him through life.

i dont think the kid got wat he deserved thats ridiculous to act in such a way to a 14yr old. did the expect the kis to say sir after he took him the to ground. the kid was in awe his friends were to scared to speak up for him i dont blame them.. also i never heard the cop respect him so wat about the whole give respect get respect thing?? im sure if the cop acted cool and let them leave this never would have happend.

also i dont ever remembering skateboarding being dangerous that you need to be taken to the ground like that. i look at it like street racing why race on the street when you could do it at a track..for the thrill of it u get just as much as on the track but more b.c you kno the consequence's it makes it more fun....same with skatboarding just u wont kill anybody doing it you can skate at a park but its more fun to run from the cops and theres better spots and more thrill.

ive had to deal with cops with im skateing i give them resepct but i never get it back and i dont see it as doing anything illeagel unless your in dangering anyone else..
