My pork roast was perfect last night. Probally gonna be a leftovers night since 1/2 of it is still left.

Oven. 45 minutes at 375 covered in alumium foil and the another 10 uncovered. It was about 1.5 lbs

So this Sunday install on the Vortech should be happening. If anybody wants to come over and hang out, or help with the install let me know. Parents are gone for the weekend and the house is almost all mine.

Julie is getting her windshield repaired in the AM and I have to get an insurance estimate for the tree damage to my car. If we get things done earlier enough I'll lend a hand.

I'm going to pass out right here at my desk.. not sure why I'm so tired today. Oh and Rob I'd love to come help since I am boosting my car this winter. Not sure how my weekend is going to play out though so we'll see.
