It's Norris Design's evo. Its overseas, and that thing is bad ass. They modded it and converted it to a 2-door. It runs 9's all day, you gotta check out the videos for it, its simply a monster!

Well **** Dimitri who was the first one to post the pic of this green beast on here ahah yeah ME, that thing is sick the car was cut in half and then rewelded its actually alot shorter than a stock evo and weighs in at like 2000lbs or some hilariously low number but its sick, and as to the picture of the plate it says no warranty because mitsubishi sucks you get an exhaust oh guess what no warranty
