saw this white talon with a black roof and a large exhaust with an a pillar gauge pod and gauges. there was a girl driving it, driving like she stole it actually. I was actually headed in the same direction...university of delaware...i went to main street and you turned left on to library ave. it was a little before 5pm.

i was in the yellow volvo trying to catch up ;)

Yep! I was trying to catch up, but traffic was pretty thick and I didnt want to do something stupid
