Actually thats not the full video. Just the end when he got beat up.

Before that happened he was tagging over someone elses graffiti and they saw him and told him to paint back over it and they let him go. He came back later with the bike seat and I guess planned to beat them down with it. Well as you can see it didn't work out to well for him.
