yes, i sold the s2000 and the tsx in the same day! smaller used car lot let me trade both in as "courtesy" trades to get the tax savings so it worked out rather well. still have the volks.

no major plans, going to have IMW fab an intake and a cat back for the car since most places charge $400 for a pipe and filter and $2000+ for a resonator, 2 mufflers and stainless piping

Very nice! How do you like the DSG? This is one car I definitely would think to trade my car in for. I need to get a sedan soon, and the dsg is very appealing as my m/t is annoying in traffic!

its great, the sound it makes while shifting is intoxicating!

a couple problems with people on the forums having the dsg throw codes, but honest a 5 year old platform and the thread is only 5 pages long.. i can handle that

Good to know! I have to wait til after my wedding in September to see how much $ I recoup lol.

I've heard great things about the DSG's in the VW/Audi's.

Are you going to get a tune on it?

The only thing that turned me off on the pre-2013 cars is that there is no bluetooth streaming which just silly. Supposedly there is something you can buy called Tune2Air.

Good luck with it! I am a little jealous!

ya tune2air works great for iphones and "works" for android , i should be buying one soon. i was pretty upset that it wasnt standard on what was once a near 60,000 car.

not sure on the tune, i might wait it out to see how it goes. the trans is near 12,000 to replace and i dont want a td1 (warranty void code) because of a tune. not to mention tunes are $1300+ which is crazy

stock no s/c whine and exhaust is pathetic for a "sports sedan"

intake and exhaust dont really gain power but make it sound fantastic

Thats semi sad, does it open up at all with I/E? I heard a reflash, although costing a pretty penny, livens the car up.

Reflash and pulley with intake and exhaust (stage "2") have pretty impressive gains but as of now not much besides that from a performance aspect
