Police car with headlight on

I've heard somewhere that Police must have HEADLIGHTS on while hiding, is that true? Is it a law or something? I belive it in PA, but i'm not sure about NJ.

no that is completely false in NJ, i would assume that Pa doesnt have to keep their headlights on either. Hopefully 04crownvic will chime in and answer the Pa aspect for you.
