Hey guys, I am taking a poll for my class about a negative experience you may have had at a service facility at some time.

I know eveyone has their stories, or knows someone who has had issues, so if you could fill out this survey about your experience, or on their behalf, it would help me out ENORMOUSLY if you would be able to take 30 seconds and fill out this 9 question survey for me for a class of mine.
