Im a tech. I drive customer cars hard after repairs because I rather the car break on me rather than break down on the customer on the side of the road. If the car breaks from few seconds of hard acceleration it was probably about to break anyway.

Thats exactly how I feel to. When I let me people drive my car they always baby it because they don't wanna break it. I always tell them if it breaks on them it would do the same on me.
