If the weather ever stays cold enough for snow to last is anyone interested in maybe going snow tubing after the holiday?

There are lots of ad's on Craigslist of people trying to get out of them. Most of them are over mileage, but if you are buying it, then that doesn't matter. I don't know it off the top of my head, but there is also a really massive site, just for lease takeovers. There are like 4000+ cars on there.

If they were irresponsible to keep miles low on their leased car that they know they had to turn in do you really think they gave 2 ****s about taking care of it?

Don't know much specifics about leasing other then I wouldn't do it and if there was such great deals doing this I would know people that have purchased cars this way... I know none.

This is interesting... the contactor that reviews future medical projections for Medicare(protects Medicare interests in WC and liability claims so the actual insurer pays rather then tricking Medicare into being the primary payer) sent our office about 100 letters accepting our proposals in 1 week. I can't believe they actually reviewed them as we usually only get a few back a month and NEVER are they all accepted.

I talked to a few of my accounts and they said they are receiving acceptance letter in bulk as well.

THERE IS NO WAY THE CONTRACTOR ACTUALLY DID THE REVIEWS. I know they have fallen behind because turn around times have progressively gotten worse to but instantly out of the blue review 1000s of cases just isn't possible.

Def reporting this fraud. Not a fan of paying a contractor to save Medicare money when they in fact aren't doing anything. Its bad enough I waste my tax money on Medicare alone but paying a crap contractor pisses me off even more.

ANOTHER RANT ON NOT HELPING TO CONTROL MEDICAL COSTS...

In an interesting decision by the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, a pharmaceutical salesman's statements about a drug's off-label usages was determined to be nothing more than his first amendment right to speak freely about the drug, despite not being a physician with an actual opinion that might matter. As a matter of law, pharmaceutical companies are not permitted to market drugs for anything beyond the FDA tested and approved indication. Apparently that prohibition does not extend to their sales reps.

I'm terrified of them. I'd buy an SRT-4 Neon first.

Got to make sure he's not talking about the Mazda Speed 3 or whatever, not just the 3.

True... but even the first gen regular 3s were turds. The 2nd gen regular 3s are actually decent from what I found. It was one of the cars Julie was considering.

That's one car I thought about getting before the Fusion. It just looked a little too small for me. I'm 6'3 and love my Fusion. Perfect leg room for me.

I drove a 2010 mazda3 and was surprisingly comfortable in it. A midget without legs wouldn't be able to sit behind me though.

Yeah, exact reason I went for the 6. All of me fits very nicely. Especially seeing as they are the same car
