get some snap-on nitro gold hand cleaner if you can...that stuff is amazing. the little grains of wutever the hell is in it seems to clean my hands/nails off a lot better than gojo/orange clean.

I've more or less given up trying to keep my hands clean. I look at it as if the dirt adds character.

I wash my hands 2-3 times and if after that they're still not clean I figure the dirt is probably clean enough to be safe.

Oh I'm sure the co-workers are the least of your problems. The patients I'm sure love those dirty fingernails.

I only work on cars so it's ok to be dirty.

I like this attitude right here.

I haven't seen Gojo around the house since my dad quit his job as a mechanic like 13 years ago....Yeah i knew what Gojo was when I was 5...talk about growing up around cars.

Keep your nails trim and you'll have no problem with getting much dirt under them....Or just be a man and stop caring/use a dremel as previously mentioned.

I ALWAYS wear gloves. I can't stand getting dirty at work. It helps if you keep the coke nails short too, I got tired of slipping off of bolts and folding nails back a long time ago.
