They are good for heavy duty track cars and V8 powered ones...then again, in most forms of competitive miata racing they are bound to a much less powerful setup and I believe 205 wide tires.

What made you make the switch from needing all the high end stuff in the world to cheap coilovers and sportmax? Not being sarcastic, really just wondering. Before you said youde never "disgrace" your car with this stuff.

shut up you! i got the sportmaxs' for my corolla OFF OF ebay haha...

it sucks that everyone is busting alexs' balls so bad its just extremely hypocritical what he is doing now (when he was posting pics of other MSMs' with "dope" offset and wide wheels and calling it useless)

what i personally dont get is why he/you (to alex) would buy that car with all of these top of the line goodies and strip the best ones off for crap parts... i guess at the end of the day its your car and you will clearly do what you want, but pulling off bilstiens for 200 dollar coils and RH/BBS wheels for sportmax wheels with ebay spacers just doesnt make any sense to anyone it seems...

why not put it back to stock, sell it and buy a base miata if you want to basically re-do everything anyways?

i realize you dont care about your car being fast any more, but why not at least get it running right? (and i know you dont want to talk about that anymore) but maybe all these other car enthusiasts that are chiming in arent just busting your balls, and they are trying to help you realize what you are doing is just plain retarded.

Yes i wanted to do a 1uz in my ae86, matt petty basically ass raped me over the phone until 2am and made me realized i should learn to drive the car with the 20v motor in it before i get too crazy/dumb... i didnt tell him to shut up because I know HE knows what the **** hes talking about... im just sayin, i dont want to see you go back to where you were circa 2006ish

Exactly. He made fun of my car when I put cheap coilovers and sportmax on..saying hed never disgrace his car, and it was insulting to the miata community. lets not even get into it on here haha, ill even make you a boost leak tester!! not to get too into a story here, but one of my DSMs kept breaking up when i would boost, replaced a ton of **** and finally slanty-eyed matt threw his boost leak tester on it and we found a few TINY holes in the lower IC pipe from the shifter linkage (i think... long time ago)
