i dont know how people think nascar is more exciting than f1.

Watching F1 now, the new cars look so odd to me, the huge front wing and that tiny little rear wing. Does anyone else see the irony in the fact that teams protect their car specifications and secrets more then ever yet every year the cars usually always have the same design?! Mclaren was fined something like 10million dollars for having an inside scoop on Ferrari's book and spec's, and now every car has a huge front wing and a small rear wing.

Watched the first half of the race, then the bar closed. Cars are definately odd looking, and the drivers aren't used to them yet IMO. I had a feeling Brawn would win though, they absolutely rocketed away early in the race and were racing consistently well.

Hamilton got lucky, thanks to a few wrecks, he went from 10th to 5th.

Interesting race to be sure. The drivers are clearly not yet fully accustomed to the new tires and front wings.

The first safety car was a bit mind boggling.. came out late then stayed out way later than it needed to.

Vettel was running an impressive pace considering the Red Bull isn't running a rear diffuser.

Very cool to see Brawn do so well though. The rule changes really have opened up the field to anyone, it'll be interesting to see how the cars develop with regards to KERS and the rear diffusers.

It was fun watching the drivers having to actually work to get a quick lap. The old cars were so stuck to the track that the driver simply put his foot to the floor and turned the wheel. I like seeing a driver display his car control skills. They should get rid of the rear diffusers completely and let the cars slide around. Great racing!

lmao hamilton and mclaren were disqualified for withholding information so their lucky 3rd place victory was taken away. The FIA has award the win back to Jarno Trulli. woot.

So how about that malaysia gp?? Another win for brawn and still no points for ferrari. Oh and woot for bmw-sauber. The race was stopped around lap 32 due to heavy rain and was not resumed due to the fact that it would be too dark by the time they resume the race. Points were also cut in half, so 1st place got 5 points instead of 10.

^ Yeah that was a little weird, just as the drivers stopped due to the heavy rain, my water heater decided to blow up causing my main level in the house to flood. Weird? I think so. But congrats to BMW- Sauber, my 2nd favorite team, waiting for Ferrari to get their act together.

same, there always on at the worst times for me, i usually try to record it, or catch the replay of the race on speed at like 2am lol

They aren't continuing the Malaysian gp. Its on to the China gp now which is in 12 days or so.

It's not hard to forget, seeing as most of the races are in the middle of the night in the U.S.

Most of the time, if it's aired on SPEED, they'll show it again later on sunday afternoon. The other 21-22 hours of the day is non-stop NASCAR
