My dentist told me that I need my wisdom teeth pulled even though they don't hurt. I told them no ****in' way lol. I want to know why he said that they needed to be pulled even though they don't hurt? Thanks.

um the only possibe reason i could see is that they are becoming impacted. which will cause you some pretty good pain down the road if you dont get them done now, and also if you let them become impacted its a much greater surgery and you most likely be sidelined with alot of pain for about a week

edit: best thing to do call your dentist back up and ask why they need to be removed, the reason that i described is just a possibility i could be wrong

The guy who told this to me originally said that they needed to be done, but he is only my orthodontist. I went to my real dentist, and he said that they other guy is full of ****, so I'm going to belive him. I have been with the same dentist for about 15 years now.
