liz is buying from a private seller an option or no? if so check out nasioc's for sale section, there are always a lot of cars listed there.

Eh, not really. Its easier to get a loan from a car dealer then on my own. I tried that before I got my last car and it wasnt going to jive.

I put a depost on a WRX Wagon. Its sitting in my driveway right now

Its so much fun to drive.

the one that you linked above? thats pretty sweet... if the price isn't too far out of line with the RS (TS?) that you were looking at i think you'll be really happy with the WRX

Supsension feels a lot stiffer then my outback sport.

Its so much fun to drive.

It drove like a f***ing rocket, you could barely notice that it was auto, very smooth shifting, not a lot of mush. Hugged the road like it was on rails. Really nice exhaust note too. Over all it was really nice, shame she could not get it.

The car she ended up with is good, yet to ride in it. It's purrrty though!

She got an Outback guys. Its got the H6 so its got some pep but its not a WRX.

Yeah, I wish I could have gotten the WRX Wagon. Price wise it just wasnt going to fly. Besides...I dont have much will power with a car like that

I ended up getting a 2004 Outback. Its the 35th anniversary edition. H6 motor. Heated seats, heated mirrors, dimming rear view mirror. Its a nice car. 37,000 miles. The only thing I hate is the color. I got it on Friday night and its already dirty

Here she is on the dealers lot.

I really like it so far

Its certified too, which is great for me b/c I got a much lower % rate for my loan, (almost half of what my last one was!!)

BTW, I just wanna say how totally awesome my insurance company is. They paid for all my hospitals bills, my rental until I found my car, were willing to help find me a car, and gave me a very far price for my car, (I still had money over and above my loan for a downpayment).

Glad everything turned out okay. Not a Subie guy but my uncle had a 04 Outback, not sure on the motor, but boy was that thing gutless power wise.

BTW, your new ride looks good. I actually like the color.
