Any hope for restitution after car theives caught?

So approximately 9 months ago my civic was taken from outside my house and completely stripped in just 36 hours. It was found outside of Wilmington DE by the state police and I just gave it to the towyard. Heres how it sat:



Anyway, April 1st I get a letter from the District Attorney stating that they caught the 2 guys who stole my car and that I may be called on to testify as a victim/witness.

I have a binder full of every receipt of every part put on the car accompanied with pictures of each said part. The DA WONT return my calls... i must have called 10 times (the first time waiting a week or so for a callback). Their court date should be coming up but I have no idea when because there is such little communication.

Is there anything I can do? What are my chances of any restitution?
