Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

Erik Tri-State Post Whore Join Date: May 2006 Location: Glenside, PA Member #1962 My Ride: 2001 Audi A6 2.7 Twin Turbo iTrader: (4)	Body molding painting Im looking to turn that red in the molding into another color on the car. I was thinking either black, or pink (that matches the TsT sticker). I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how i can do this. Should i remove the strip of plastic? maybe just mask it off and rattle-can it? The rest of the paint on the car doesnt really look all that great so it doesnt need to be show room quality. I got rid of that red pin stripping also. I dont like the red accents on the car period so i feel they gotta go.
