Lesser charge perhaps?
I apologize in advance if you've covered this question is past threads.
What is the proper channel to try to get a ticket reduced to a lesser charge? I received a speeding ticket on the way to work today and I would like to see if I can get the ticket reduced and hopefully have a lower fine. Am I to simply call the DA's office? What do you recommend? Thank you. *mike* |
