Cleaning your mass air sensor, how often?

So I just picked up some CRC mass air cleaner and cleaned the crap out of my MAF. I haven't cleaned mine in, well, never actually. I have almost 120K on my car, and obviously it was filthy.

Wow, huge improvement in idle, and much smoother throughout the entire rev range. Pulls harder too, actually a very noticeable improvement.

How often are you supposed to do this? Recommendations?

BTW, I chose CRC Mass Air Cleaner because there was a little blurb on the front of the can that said something along the lines of "4-10" dyno proven horsepower guaranteed. R/T Tuning in Lansdale was listed on the back as the shop that tested it.

So, R/T Tuning, what kind of car did you test this stuff on?
