I'm the new Recruitment Supervisor for the Marketing Department at the "Suites at Hershey" and we're looking for people that can talk to people.

The job is strictly getting people signed up for tours of the resort or selling them a package that is 3 days and 2 nights at a hotel.

It's salary vs commission, if you do well you're gonna make a boat load of money, if you have a bad week you're still getting a paycheck. $500 a week is easy, just book a mixture of tours and packages totaling 10 and you've made $500, average is 12-14 per week. If you're good the sky is the limit.
