Driveshaft options?

I've been reading up on the options and such for replacement driveshafts... and the options are basically between two different materials... carbon fiber and aluminum...i figured i'd post up the info ive gathered and see what others have to say on this mod

Material: Carbon fiber:
cost: ~$1150
weight: 13.5lbs
problems: very little known issues besides harmonic vibration on some cars

Material: aluminum
cost: ~ $460
weight: 12.5lbs
problems: need to modify (read: bang with hammer) your floorpan

i personally like the carbon one despite its cost strictly because i dont need to modify anything... lets hear some more opinions!
