Broad St parking
I didn't post this in ask the law because anyone can really answer it and I don't think we have a regular posting there anymore.
I go to Temple and I brought my car on sunday so I could drive home for summer on Tuesday. I found a spot infront of the 1940 dorm building, on Broad st. Today I was walking to the gym and saw a ticket saying that I was illegally parked because it was posted that I couldnt park between 4pm-6:30. There are no signs anywhere in the area I parked in that state this violation. Its a $41 fine that I don't agree with but I don't want to go to a hearing without a shot. So is it illegal to park on Broad from 4-6 even if its not posted? The last thing is that the fine is for "stopping prohibited" which is a $41 fine. I was clearly parked there and not just stopping which would be "parking prohibited" a $31 fine. Thanks
