A "Health & Fitness" sub-forum for the OT...POLL!

Who would want this. Im sure lots of people here are in shape, and lots who are like me and would like to get in shape. Perhaps a subforum to the OT would be a good idea for members to shed their light on the health and fitness world to those in need. Of course, I have no way of creating this, but maybe if there is enough interest in the topic, TROLL might consider this as an addition to the site. Also, maybe our informed members would take the time to create "Stickies" for this section, such as Diet, Nutrition, Routines, Supplements, etc.
