Removing Sill Panels, GMC Jimmy/Chevy Blazer

Anyone who has a blazer/jimmy 96-01, how do you remove the sill panels on these trucks? I'm talking about the panel on the floor that meets teh door when its closed. Most I've seen have a few screws holding them down, this one has NOTHING. I don't wanna rip it up and break it, so what should I do?
