My Arm Hurts [South Park]

So, before 10 O'clock tonight, I hadn't gotten any sleep untill 10:30 last night. So, I had been awake for 24 hours and was exhausted. I feel asleep watching South Park (I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE THE WHOLE ****ING EPISODE; I fell asleep right after the 'race war.') Anyway, I fell asleep on my couch (I hate it when that happens) and I think I feel asleep on my right arm because now it hurts like hell. It doesn't feel like my arm is asleep or anything like that. I think it's beyond that stage. It feels like it's been without blood and oxygen for 2-3 hours. If I had slept on it any longer, it might have needed to be amputated. (STFU, I know I'm exagerating, but this thing really hurts ) God damn, it hurts so much!!!! GAHHHH!!! And, I worked out last night so I'm not sure if this has affected my muscle growth.

I'm such a little baby. I just needed to get that out. I'm going to go cry now.

edit: Oh, and I'm not going to take an Advil. I don't want to cover up the pain in case it maybe gets worse.
