Anyone know how to do head work?

i need to install my new beautiful cams!! i do not have a feeler guage and i really dont like to mess with cams and timing an engine. i can do everything else besides that so i will need some help. If anyone has the feeler guage and would like to give me a hand i would really appreciate it. Not to mention i have a **** load more parts to install and i would like to have a little help with that too.....i would like to go to a meet sometime soon too, i wont go out to a meet without having my head completely built up......I need to test out my new fresh head!
