Yea, I have the wireless adapter. My console is about 40 feet from my router and about 4 rooms away and it works like a champ. If you're modem is in another room and you're too lazy to run cable to the room where you're going to set up the 360, the $100 for the wireless 360 adapter is well worth it.


I'd also recommend getting the play and charge kit for your wireless controller. Just plug it in for a half hour while you play and its charged. Cheaper than buying packs of AA batteries. It only costs $20.
