Scott Lindenbaum & AutoStrada - Lying Thieves!

I'm posting this here for reference so all can see the abbreviated version of what I've been through with my car.

I purchased my 2004 SRT-4 in late May 2006. It was listed by AutoStrada in an eBay auction. The following parts were listed in to auction but were not actually included on the car: (this is a direct copy/paste from the auction)
  • Mopar Stage 3 Turbocharger/manifold
  • Mopar Stage 2 Performance Upgrade
  • AGP Frontmount Intercooler
  • AGP Fuel Pressure Regulator
  • Mopar 255lph Fuel Pump
  • Mopar Stage 2 (672cc/min) Injectors
  • Mopar Stage 3 Fuel Rail
  • MSD Ignition System
  • Greddy Type-S Blow Off Valve
  • 400 HP and a 11.7 1/4 mile time

Me not knowing the parts like I do now, I fell for it. The car did not have any stage 2 parts on it, had the stock turbo, a ebay intercooler, ebay BOV, no ignition system, and a very bad tune. (the car dynoed at 206hp after fixing some bad boost leaks)

Scott Lindenbaum of PA is the original owner of the car. He sold the car to AutoStrada of Bensalem, PA. AutoStrada is the used car dealer that put the car on eBay with the parts listed that Scott gave them

Right after I purchased the car I noticed a couple things were funny. As I started to dig deeper I found that things were missing.

I contacted AutoStrada and they basically said that I would have to talk to Scott. I did. I asked him about the injectors, and the fuel pump. He said that he must've given AutoStrada the wrong list and that he did take some things off of the car before selling it He said he would try to find some of them for me. A week goes by, nothing, two weeks, I call him. He said he'd call me back, he doesn't, etc etc.

At this point I'm trying to get AutoStrada to do something. I left them negative feedback on eBay because they weren't returning my calls, and I was starting to get impatient. Right after I did this I get a call from the GM. He says we'll get things taken care of and also get the negative feedback removed. To make another long story short, I basically get the same run around from them, they do nothing, and they no longer have negative feedback.

So, after 6 months of owning the car, I've pretty much put on the car what was supposed to be on it to begin with, and I haven't heard from
AutoStrada or Scott Lindenbaum. In all, the parts missing, if I were to buy them, would be around $4000, not including any kind of installation or shipping

Scott Lindenbaum is a lying theif. He owns a car detailing business.

AutoStrada does not know what they are selling, and did not help with any part of this matter.

I will not say anything regarding legal matters since my lawyer is already involved.
