what would you do in this situation

I bought rays lugs from some dick-ass in australia, they said everything is shipped the day after payment is recieved. Well, I paid a while ago and the lugs havn't showed up, so I finnaly call and see what's up. They tell me that they don't stock them and that they had to order them from rays and then ship them to me, well, **** that. I have some bronze evo 5's that should be here next week and I want to put the rims and lugs on at the same time ( save a few minutes cause i'm lazy )

Anyways, I told them to cancel the order and they refused, they said since they already ordered the lugs it's to late for me to cancel. I'm thinking about just doing a paypal refund or charging my credit card back and dicking them over since they were so dishonest about the entire sale.
