ls/vtec

can someone tell me what i need to do a ls/vtec head swap cquse i have been lookin stuff up and reading it and i basicly get the jist of it but i havent read anything about what i need to do with the ecu do i keep mines and splice into it or do i use a gsr ecu do i need a gsr harness cause the head itself is pretty easy stuff the only thing is u need to tap the block but i found some site that helps u avoid that so its a clean swap but i still have not idea about what i need to do with the wiringharness or ecu if anyone can help i will be greatly thnkfull for ur input thank u!
