I quit my job today.

And for the first time in my life im seriously scared of whats gonna happen.

Ive worked for Reedman-Toll with a Sub Contracted company called N.A.D.N for about 2 and a half years. My Boss and I have not once ever gotten along because I have a real no bull**** attitude when it comes to my money.

For the last few months we have had a serious turnover and lost alot of good guys to his attitude also. One manager, whom my boss started a fist fight with because he was drunk. Then put someone with less motivation, and less skill in that managers position who in turn neglected to makes sure we were getting paid properly on our work. So then more people quit. Not me though.

Then I swear to god he went to the neshaminy mall bus port and started handing out jobs to people waiting for the bus. And instead of hiring good workers, he got high school drop outs and recovering or current addicts or all of the above really. These guys are the most disrespectful bunch of hardass morons I have ever worked with But still I stayed and continued to work hard.

last week my pay check was $30 short. this is a big deal because of my 401k eating my paychecks alive. It was written as an adjustment or charge back to a vehicle that I had detailed and amounts to a total of 3 hours removed from something that pays 4 or 5. I was NOT happy.

I confront him as politely as possible and he tells me I never earned that money. You see a car pays a total of 4 hours unless its a hard car and then it pays 5. Trucks pay 5 hours and have paid 6 if they needed more attantion.

i got payed for 3 trucks and 3 of them were special and payed 6 hours not by my request but by the managers opinon.

He decides to just take that money from me, and when I confront him with it he tells me i never deserved it anyways. and then starts ripping all my work apart for the next week to get back at me. Today he lied to me and told me that a customer was very unhappy with my work and I had to redo it. I re did it and then spoke with the salesman only to find out that he lied.

So after 2 and a half years i took my check and left. And I am not going back.
